Making women feel, own, and celebrate their enough-ness and feel confident… because sometimes this fitness + nutrition journey gets lonely.  If I can be that permission granter in your life that whispers: “you really can do this” while the rest of the world is provoking doubt… then I’ll consider my job done. 

I’m probably sipping coffee and dreaming of ways I can help other women achieve their fitness goals that allow them to live more confidently.

hey there!

Trust me, you can make the shift in your life as well, and start to feel lighter, happier and ready to take on the world.

I didn't always have this business, the clients, the fitness app, the downloads,...In fact, not too long ago, you could have found me wearing black and khaki, exhausted in my stuffy windowless classroom. I thought I had landed my dream job, but that dream turned into a thankless career.  

At the age of 43, I invested $1800 in board certifications as a life coach, master health + wellness coach, and a personal trainer. Little did I know those certifications would be my one-way ticket out of my windowless classroom.  That single investment led me to launch Bella Coaching Services + Stella Gets Fit that I’m running today.  Today you can find me snuggled up in my cozy Michigan craftsman home with my two golden doodles, hiking with my daughter, son-in-law and grandson, or exploring the dirt roads on my bike (or anywhere warm) with my dreamboat husband and our beautiful fur babies.  

It wasn't always all rainbows and unicorns...

how I got to this place

I started this business in 2014 and it has shifted my entire perspective on how much we can accomplish if we set our minds to it!


I could spend everyday the riding my gravel bike.  Whether racing or exploring new gravel roads, it's my happy place.


 I met the love of my life while in high school.  Been together 36 years!


I'm nothing without my morning routine. It jumpstarts all the good vibes.
